Theyโ€™ve had sales, management or finance experience and are known to be flexible, determined, and have a good sense of humor.

    We provide in-depth training and mentoring in our unique team approach. You will be required to pass the Wisconsin Real Estate exam to get licensed.

    What is involved to Succeed?

    The primary role of a business broker is to assist owners in selling their business when itโ€™s time for their exit strategy.

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
    Obtain clients through networking, direct marketing, social media, cold calls, and other forms of contact.

    EVALUATION
    Appraise businesses to determine an accurate market value using financial data and industry.

    MARKETING
    Once an engagement agreement is signed, brokers and the office will work on the presentation of the business and marketing strategies.

    SCREENING
    Develop and work with prospective leads for the firmโ€™s business engagements.

    TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT
    Work with sellers to secure a favorable price, as well as working with, buyers, bankers, accountants, attorneys, and others in the negotiation process to ensure a successful completion of the process.
